Goodbye 2009, Hello 2010!
It has been a great year for me in 2009. A lot of things had happen. Many events had occurred. They are now past already. I'm thankful for a lot of things that happen for the year 2009.
1. I set up this blog in April to express more of myself especially in photography which I like to do so much.
2. I bought my first DSLR camera which is a Pentax K10D. Although the camera has been in the market for some time but I liked it since it taught me lot on taking photos which I've dreamed of taking since the day before I finally bought. I bought it in May last year.
3. Did my first official wedding photography on the 29th of Dec. That's about 3days ago. I was nervous but I was able to control myself. Although my photography equipment was not complete - with all the long lenses and a good flash gun, I was able to complete my part as a wedding photographer. I hope to gain more experience in this coming new year.
4. I had ups and downs together with my family during the past year. They have been my best friends that I have ever had. We have been strong in what we do. Going to places here and there. It is nice being together with them.
5. My friends. I have a lot of friends. A lot of names to be remembered. I met old and new friends during the whole year. Some in Facebook, some in the real world. I met photographers who have been in the industry for so long. They have been an inspiration for me to pursue my dream even more.
6. People who have been following me in this blog. I know my blog has just been set up and I think there are not so many things in here. I thank you for coming here even just to read my notes or just want to see the photos I took. Thanks.
Last but not least, I thank God for all the blessings He has given to me during the year. He has been with me through life - in hard and easy times, in happiness and sadness. If it wasn't for Him, I wouldn't be able to feel all the good things in life. Thank you God!
By the way, Happy New Year 2010! I hope that you will have prosperity, happiness and a new life everyone!
